Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours may result in a $25 fee.
I understand that schedules change. Just give me 24 hours notice and we can reschedule with no fee. Last-minute cancellations impact my ability to serve other customers, so a fee may apply.
Travel & Service Area
We’re based in Leander (78641) and most appointments are within about 30 miles. If you’re a bit farther out, still reach out — I’m happy to see if I can make the drive. In some cases, a small travel fee may apply to cover extra time and fuel.
Travel fee (when applicable): $1.50 per mile beyond 30 miles (round trip)
Example: If you're 35 miles away, that's 5 miles beyond the typical range. The round trip travel fee would be: 5 miles × 2 (round trip) × $1.50 = $15
I’ll always confirm any travel fee with you first (if it applies) before scheduling.

Payment Policy
Pay After Service: You pay after the detail is complete, so you can see the results first.
Accepted Payments: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App.
Condition Fees: Any condition-based fees (pet hair, stains, heavy soil, odor treatment) are always confirmed before work begins.
